Details of the Zoom meeting are as follows: Date : 30 December 2020 (Wednesday) Time : From 10:30 am to 12:00 noon Access link : For security reason, access link and meeting ID will be provided to Members in a separate Restricted Email. 2. The Secretariat will arrange live broadcast of the Zoom meeting via YouTube at link: https://www.youtube.com/user/legcogovhk. 3. Details on logistical arrangements for the Zoom meeting (including the time when Members can get access to stand by before the meeting), Quick - 2 - Start Guide for using Zoom, technical support contacts, etc. will be set out in the separate Restricted Email to Members. 4. By copy of this notice, all other Members of the Legislative Council are invited to join the meeting. 5. Members are reminded that at the captioned informal meeting, the Rules of Procedure of the Legislative Council will not apply and the privileges and immunities provided by the Legislative Council (Powers and Privileges) Ordinance (Cap. 382) will not be available to the participants. 6. To facilitate preparatory arrangements for the meeting, Members are invited to indicate their attendance through the System for Signification of Membership and Attendance at Meetings and other Activities at https://app3.legco.gov.hk/ssma/ by 12:00 noon on Monday, 28 December 2020. 7.
