Forty-eight student-athletes, including 10 from the CIAA, are on the Watch List, which was released by The Black College Football Hall of Fame. The award is presented to the most outstanding college football player from an HBCU (Historically Black College and University). He’s one of 18 returners from the Chowan 0-0 1-1 2018 All-CIAA Football Team.
