Nomination Papers Nomination papers may be obtained from the offices of the Deputy Returning Officer Town Hall, Market Street, Nelson, Lancashire, BB9 7LG who will at the request of any elector for a division prepare a nomination paper for signature. 2. Delivery of Nomination Papers Nomination papers must be delivered by hand to the Elections Office, Town Hall, Market Street, Nelson, Lancashire, BB9 7LG on any day after the date of this notice on Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (excluding bank holidays) but not later than 4 pm on Thursday, 8th April 2021.
