Harpal Singh, R/o Village Bazidpur, Post Bazidpur Patti Garhi, Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh …Respondent (By Advocates: Mr. Aakash Sirohi with Mr. Sumeet Tahil) :ORDER (Oral): Justice Permod Kohli, Chairman: It is an admitted case of the parties that the OA No. 2767/2016, which is the basis for initiating the present proceedings, 2 was decided by this Tribunal vide order dated 23.09.2016 on the basis of the judgment dated 30.07.2014 passed in similar matter in OA No. 930/2014 with other connected matters, involving similar issue. 2. The judgment dated 30.07.2014 passed in OA No. 930/2014 with other connected matters was challenged by the Staff Selection Commission in WP(C) No. 9055/2014 before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, which came to be dismissed on 19.12.2014. The Civil Appeal Nos. 2836-2838/2017 with CA No. 2839/2017 arising out of Special Leave to Appeal (C) Nos. 9019-9021/2015 were dismissed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court vide order dated 19.07.2017 affirming the judgment of the Hon’ble High Court and this Tribunal. We are now informed that the review petition filed there against before the Hon’ble Supreme Court also came to be dismissed on 31.10.2017. 3.
