Basketball Team Development Copyright 2017 All Rights Reserved [5] ABOUT THE AUTHORS Dragan Raca was born in 1961 in Yugoslavia; he is a former basketball player of Yugoslavian and Cypriot teams. During his career as a basketball player he has been a three times best scorer of former Yugoslavia A1, four times best scorer of Cyprus A1 and the best scorer in the history of Cyprus basketball. Dragan Raca works for professional basketball teams in Cyprus, Lebanon, Greece, China and Bahrain. He is also head Coach of the men’s national team of Former Republic of Macedonia. In addition he has written basketball books that are now used in Sports Universities. During his Coaching career he has achieved to win many tournaments and champions and be awarded as China’s best Coach of New Year International Tournament twice (2011-2013). He was also nominated for three consecutive years (2003-2004-2005) for the Coach of the year in all sports in Cyprus. Among his many achievements as a basketball Coach Dragan Raca was also Coach and supervisor in many summer camps all around Europe and Asia, supervisor and organizer of the FREMA international camp 2004 (Europe - Cyprus, Asia -Lebanon, S. America -Brazil),author of the program for the first FIBA summer basketball camp in Bulgaria 2004, instructor of the national program for sport infrastructure support (E.S.Y.A.A. Greece, Cyprus) for four consecutive years and instructor of the Coaches School China National Basketball Federation [6] Manos Manouselis was born in 1965 in Athens. His second greatest love after his family is basketball coaching, where he has been actively involved for more than three decades. Manos Manouselis began his career in his early 20’s and since then he has been coaching professionally, working both for clubs and since 2004 for the Greek National Basketball Team. Some of his most memorable achievements as a basketball Coach are the win of the silver medal at the Men U21 2005 World Championship (Argentina) and the bronze medal at the Men U16 2013 European
