FINAL SCORE: BRONCOS 24, TEXANS 23 TEBOW LEADS BRONCOS TO COMEBACK WIN The Denver Broncos (4‐11) battled back from an early 17‐0 deficit and rookie QB Tim Tebow accounted for two fourth‐quarter touchdowns to give Denver a 24‐23 win over the Houston Texans (5‐10). The 17‐point halftime deficit ties for the largest in team history in a game the Broncos came back to win. It marks the 12th deficit of 14 points or more the Broncos have overcome to win in the regular season. Tebow completed 16‐of‐29 passes (55.2%) for 308 yards with one touchdown and one interception (89.4 rtg.) while adding 10 rushes for 27 yards (2.7 avg.) with one score against the Texans. His 308 passing yards rank third in team history for a rookie in a single game and the most since QB John Elway totaled 345 passing yards vs. Baltimore on Dec. 11, 1983.
