McCreodie Committee on the Guam U.S Military Relocation, Public Safety and Judiciary is Member now hereby convened. On the agenda on Monday, May 4th at 0900 (9 A.M., we Speaker have three proposed measures. One is Bill No.79-33 (COR), which is relative to Dr. Judith T. We have Bill No. 77-33 (COR), relative to the use of funds deposited into the prison industries revolving fund sponsored by Senator Espaldon, Speaker Won Pat, and Senator Blas, and just going back to Bill No.79-33 (COR), that was sponsored by Vice Speaker BJ Cruz. Also a subsequent second notice was forwarded and distributed to all the stakeholders inclusive again of our media partners on the 29th of April, and the print once again was forwarded with the adjusted timeline or changed date. Originally this public hearing was scheduled to be held on Friday last week but because of session and legislative activities we were able to move it forward to todays date.
