There were 2185.08 total centerline miles of HUTF eligible roads, a 21.09 mile increase from 2017. Each year as part of our annual HUTF reporting requirements, a Mileage Certification (signature sheet) is required to be signed by the El Paso County Commissioners with the original copy returned to me for forwarding to CDOT.
