The following newly recruited Sub Engineers (Ele.) who are undergoing Induction cum Statutory training at PETARC and its associated training centers are hereby posted to the following Offices for continuing their Module II field training. They shall report before the head of ARU for commencing their Module II training. On completion of the minimum stipulated days of field training Module II and subsequent evaluation at PETARC they shall report for duty in their places of posting itself. 2. The Head of ARU is directed to guide these new Sub Engineers (Ele.) during their field training as per the guidelines given in Board Order read 2nd paper above. These Sub Engineers shall not be given independent charge during the field training period. The Head of ARU shall depute these Sub Engineers to the required station for the specific periods as stipulated in the Board Order read 2nd paper above. 3. The Sub Engineers are eligible for TA/DA as per the existing rules. 4. The Head of ARU shall consult the Deputy Chief Engineer , PETARC for any further clarification regarding the Induction cum Statutory training. 5. All service related matters of these Sub Engineers including their leave during the Module I training period shall be incorporated in the Service Book & HRIS by the respective ARU's. LPC of these Sub Engineers (Ele.) are available in HRIS. 6. The Deputy Chief Engineer PETARC & Executive Engineers' of RPTI's are hereby directed to relieve the Sub Engineers on completion of the Module I training with direction to report for Module II training before the head of ARUs to which they are posted. 7. The copy of appointment memo and all other relevant documents of these Sub Engineers (Ele.) will be forwarded to the respective ARU shortly.The head of ARU are instructed to adhere to all conditions of appointment and training given in the appointment memo and Board Order referred therein.
