Food Basics (Port Hope) Starting March 23, the store is dedicating the first hour of shopping to seniors and those at risk from 7am-8am daily. Todd’s Valu-Mart (Hastings) From 8am-9am daily, the store is dedicating this shopping hour to customers who need assistance or consideration, including seniors and adults with disabilities.
