Text A) Lewisham Cyclists Family Rides On the first Sunday of the month we have short easy bike rides for all the family. They are 10 miles or less and use traffic free paths and quiet roads. Text C) Walking & Cycling Scheme in Kensington and Chelsea TfL has today announced a new consultation on walking and cycling improvements in Kensington & Chelsea across four neighbourhoods. Text A) In 2020 the Regent’s Canal will be 200 years old and we want to celebrate this amazing landmark. Its eight-and-a-half miles weave through the heart of the capital and some of the city’s most compelling locations, providing health and happiness to millions of Londoners. Text B) We want to: • recognise the history of the canal and its importance for both London and the world • look at its decline in the mid-twentieth century and how it was brought back to life • celebrate the people and communities who made, and continue to make, it the exciting waterway we enjoy today.
