ASSOCIATEASSOCIATE Chelsea C. Maja Chelsea Maja joined Kobayashi Sugita & Goda in 2017 as part of the commercial litigation, immigration, and liquor license departments. Ms. Maja received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Washington School of Law. While attending law school, Ms. Maja participated in the Entrepreneurial Law Clinic. Through the clinic she assisted startups by reviewing their business plans and advising courses of action to best refine and achieve their business goals. Her work included filing formation documents with the Washington Secretary of State and assisting nonprofit clients with entity formation and obtaining 501(c)(3) status.
