OHIO SENATE Committee on General Government and Agency Review Minutes November 18, 2020 133rd General Assembly The Senate General Government and Agency Review Committee was called to order pursuant to the meeting notice at approximately 4:55 p.m. in the Senate South Hearing Room. Attendance was taken and a quorum was present. The minutes from the previous meeting were approved without addition, correction, or objection. Chair Schuring called up Am. H. B. 46 for its 8th hearing. No testimony was provided. Chair Schuring called up S. Eric Schippers, representing Penn National Gaming Inc. - Written Proponent Chair Schuring called up S. B. 246 for its 7th hearing Senator Rulli moved to amend with Sub. 1755-7. The motion was seconded by Senator Eklund. The roll was called with Senator Schaffer abstaining, and with a vote of 6-0, the sub-bill became the working document.
