You were requested to send the details of MAS groups (either selecting the active Self-help Groups to function as MAS or forming new MAS group) in a prescribed format vide Memo No. HINUHM-697/2015/2178 dated 11.7.2016. After that, two reminders were sent requesting you to complete the formation of MAS vide Memo No. HINUHM-697/2015/4737, Dt. 07.03.2017, Memo No. - HFW/NUHM-697 12015/2589, Dt. 02.11.2017. A detail list of those ULBs from which the information regarding MAS formation have not been received from districts in the prescribed format is enclosed as Annexure A. You are hereby requested to send immediately the report of formation of MAS to SPMU.
