We develop products and services for current market needs, and our research unit has established well-founded knowledge about new technologies so that we can serve future market needs as well. A large part of the research and de- velopment departments and the administration are located in our Innovation Center. Innovation Hub In our Factory, we make creative ideas reality using the most recent production techniques and, with our cutting-edge machinery, create innovative, competitive products. We manufacture more than 90% of all components for our inspection tools ourselves, using both individual and line manufacture. The Factory encompasses manufacturing areas for batteries, electronics, ceramics, plastics, mechanical systems, and sensors, assembly and maintenance for our inspection tools, and quality control and testing.
