Land Adjacent to the Mount To consider a proposal that the central part of this area of land should be regularly mowed, rather than left as a bio-diversity area (Cllr. R.M. Medlicott) 8. Kerbside Recycling Following a recent site meeting in Berth Glyd, to consider a proposal that Mr Alan Jones (CCBC) be invited to attend a future meeting to outline proposed changes to the kerbside recycling service (Cllr R.M. Medlicott / M. Bond) 4. 9. Sub-Committee Minutes - To RECEIVE a copy of the Minutes of the following sub-committees: a) The Heritage Sub-Committee, held on 5th July 2010 10. Matters Arising on Those Minutes a) Abergele Town Centre Lighting Improvement Scheme (i) Min. 121/10(a)(i) – Phase One To NOTE the decision to proceed with an order for 31 new columns/lanterns etc from D W Windsor, following consideration of a written report and recommendation by Peter Adderley (CF1 Pages 18-21) (ii) Min. 121/10(a)(ii) – Phase Two To ENDORSE the recommendation that phase two of the scheme should commence in Jan/Feb 2011, with funding to be made available on a temporary basis from the balances held in reserves, as detailed in the Minutes. (iii) Min. 121/10(a)(iii) – Grant Funding To receive a brief verbal update from the Clerk following discussions with Peter Jones-Hughes and Shane Wetton regarding possible sources of grant funding towards phase two. 11.
