Project SEARCH is a supported internship programme which provides work experience for young people with learning difficulties and/ or disabilities. It is a collaborative project between Sussex Downs College, East Sussex County Council and the East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust. This is achieved through coaches giving highly supportive training to each intern.
