As a licensee, Meijer Gardens is responsible for the administration of these regulations; therefore alcohol may not be brought in or taken out of the facility (this includes alcohol as a gift). Meijer Gardens reserves the right to refuse entry should any attendee arrive intoxicated or in possession of alcohol not purchased at Meijer Gardens. If any of the Taste of the Gardens Alcohol Policies are violated any
