Civil War Institute Certificate Program In order to enroll in the Civil War Certificate Program, you must complete an application form. There is a one- time $25.00 fee due at the time the application is filed. Payment for individual courses is due at the time of registration. Upon completion of the certificate program, you will receive: A Certificate of Completion 25% discount on your first year’s membership to the Delaware Valley Civil War Round Table In order for a participant to earn a Civil War Certificate, through Manor’s Civil War Institute, eight courses must be completed.
