The est Training The Erhard Seminar Training - est - began in 1971. Since then, est has graduated well over 160,000 people including: John Denver, Peter Max, Valerie Harper, Cloris Leachman, Yoko Ono, Roy Scheider, Jerry Rubin, Diana Ross, and over 500 inmates of federal and state prisons.
