In Mcdills, the Etingambra Formation Is up to 12 M

Cenozoic geology and regolith (Shaw 1968). In McDILLS, the Etingambra Formation is up succession established in the Lake Eyre Basin in South to 12 m thick (Stewart 1968). It is composed of sandstone, Australia extends well into the Northern Territory. with subordinate siltstone and irregular beds and lenses of ¿ne conglomerate containing poorly to moderately rounded NORTHERN NT clasts. The sandstone is medium to coarse grained, poorly bedded and often friable. Wells et al (1967) described the South Alligator Valley succession as a Àuvial deposit.
