Work Language: English is the work language of the symposium 2. Submissions The coordinator for each delegation needs to send Papers or PPTs to [email protected] by the end of October, for the purpose of making the Symposium proceeding. Submissions will be disseminated among all symposium participants. Please pick up your symposium package when registering @ Room 104 Selected papers will be invited to be published in a special issue of Fudan Public Administration Review, a CSSCI journal and top publication widely recognized by PA professionals in China. 3. Time Limit for All Sessions: PLEASE PREPARE ACCORDINGLY The Welcome speech and guest addresses: Each speaker only has FIVE minutes. Keynote Speeches: Each keynote speaker has 30 minutes. Panel Presentations: The MAX time for each presentation is 15 minutes. The MAX time for the assigned discussant is 15 minutes. NOTE: Student volunteers will help enforce time control, please pay attention to their signals during your session. 4.
