Worked as Tahsildar at Mangaluru, Kundapura, Shimogga and Bhatkal. Worked as Employment Officer from 1997 to 2006. Started career as Executive at Deccan Herald Group. Passed Civil Services Examination in 1996 with All India Rank 603. Did not join the Service. Passed Karnataka Gazetted Probationers Examination in 1996. Pursued Post Graduation in Business Administration from Mangalore University in 1992. Pursued graduation (BA) from Bhandarkar’s College, Kundapura in 1990. Worked as Administrator of Different Temples like Sri Kotilingeshwara Temple, Koteshwara, Sri Mahaganapathi Temple, Katipalla, Mangaluru. Worked as Executive officer of Sri Kadri Manjunatheshwara temple, Mangaluru. Other events organised: Organised the famous ‘Kadambothsava’ at Banavasi, Sirsi (a State level Historical Fest) in 2014, 2017 and 2018. Worked as Returning Officer in 2008, 2013 and 2018 Assembly Elections. Took the initiative to found “Sirsi Seva Jala Karyapade”, as NGO for conservation of water at Sirsi. The initiative helped to take up water conservation and rejuvenation efforts in 12 tanks with public participation with no financial assistance from the Government.
