Community Relations/CC&S – Relates to administrative aspects of CLP and miscellaneous events including news releases, memorabilia, and photographs from 1900 to present. Development Office – Dealing with Library’s funding efforts from 1940 to present. Director’s Office – Collection consists of materials that relate to the day-to-day activities of the Director but also includes materials that include the various departments and branches. Finance and Administrative Office – Relates to the finances, buildings policies, and activities of the Library 1960 to present. Friends of Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh – Carnegie Library School Association materials as well as annual reports and minutes of faculty meetings from 1901 to 1963.
