MACS® Marker Screen, human, version 02 Product performance MACS Marker Screen, human, version 02 combines the benefits MACS Marker Screen, human, Catalog of flow cytometry and high quality pre-titrated antibodies version 02 antibodies antibodies to screen for markers of interest in a standardized and high throughput manner. Identified markers or combinations of TRA-1-85 (REA476) markers can serve to better characterize cell composition or cells of interests, or can be utilized to develop target cell isolation strategies. The performance of MACS Marker Screen, human, version 02 antibodies was tested and compared with catalog reagents offered in single vials as liquid antibody reagents. The antibodies were reconstituted using 25 μL of reconstitution TRA-1-85-APC (REA476) solution each (refer to data sheet). Freshly prepared human CD3 (REA613) lysed whole blood as then added to each well and stained for 20 minutes in the dark at 2–8 °C followed by a wash step. The cells were then resuspended in 60 μL of PEB buffer, and analyzed using an MACSQuant® Analyzer with an uptake volume of 40 μL. No significant differences were observed in the staining patterns or median fluorescence intensity between liquid antibodies and antibodies of the dried product.
