Typical of most rural dwellings, the ranch house has experienced modifications through time in response to evolving uses. The only significant post-historic alterations to the bunkhouse is a 1950 frame addition made to the rear. The barn has experienced very little change, and has the highest degree of architectural integrity of the three buildings.
