Sisulu, MP Minister of Defence & Military Veterans Dear Minister THE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENCE ANNUAL REPORT ON THE STRATEGIC PLAN 2010 (FY2010/11 TO FY2012/13) I have the honour of submitting the Department of Defence Annual Report for the reporting year 01 April 2010 to 31 March 2011. The Annual Report has been prepared as required by Section 40 (1) (d), read together with Treasury Regulation 18.3 of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), Act 1 of 1999 as amended. The Government Framework for Managing Programme Performance, the requirements of the Public Service Regulations, 2001, Chapter 1 part 111 and the reporting guidelines given by the National Treasury were also complied with.
