CANCELLATION A minimum of 10 % will be taken for cancellation until 24 h before departure. 100 % will be kept if no show at the departure point. The tickets must be presented for the refund where they have been purchased. PRICE The price includes the round trip bus transfer between the Chamonix Valley and Le Châble in Valais only. Lifts or any other expenses are not included. TIMES The departure times from Chamonix and from Le Châble must be respected. The bus will not wait for late people and no refund will be allowed. In case of bad road conditions, the schedule might be changed or the excursion cancelled. CUSTOMS FORMALITIES All passengers must be in possession of the documents necessary when crossing the border.
