There might be patches of rain to the south and Wales, which might turn to sleet or snow in higher areas. Cold in the chilly breeze. Tomorrow early morning C Cold, turning quite chilly, clouds running their way across central and eastern areas of England. Tomorrow D Basically the same weather. Next week E Possibly getting colder, bitter easternly winds. From mid week onwards F Night frost across the UK and fog. Temperatures will probably be rising a bit. KEY (Partial transcript) EVENIG: It's gonna be another cold evening ... TONIGHT: and night. Frost will be coming probably across the UK and fog. We've got some thicker cloud at the moment that is running its way across central and eastern areas of England; so, despite things turning quite chilly in the next couple of hours across East Anglia and the south east, temperatures may actually nudge up a little here by the end of the night EARLY MORNING TOMORROW: … but if any of the rain that comes out of these clouds hits the cold surfaces there could be some ice the first thing tomorrow. Certainly as looking out we could see a few patches of ice across Scotland and Northern Ireland in this moisture line here as temperatures may check well below freezing tonight. But TOMORROW, well, a lot more clouds around in general than today; a pretty grey day, some patchy outbreaks of rain running their way south, crossing then to Wales; perhaps even turning to sleet or snow across the higher ground for a while and feeling cold in the chilly breeze.
