FIWT 75th Annual Convention October 17-20, 2019 Moody Gardens Seven Hope Blvd, Galveston, TX 77554 Purses for a Purpose The FIWT under 40s committee will be collecting new or gently used purses and toiletry items for a community service drive at annual convention in October. “Purses for a purpose” will consist of members collecting purses and toiletry items, then stuffing the purses with the toiletry items to donate to a local homeless shelter for women in Galveston. Attire: FIWT events are traditionally business casual dress. Due to the theme this year, jeans are appropriate at all times except Saturday Night. The Friday night opening party is a costume party with western attire. Saturday is an after 5/semi-formal event.
