ORDER No. 120 – Acctts of 2011 DATED: 03 -03-2011 The updated Seniority List of the Members of Jammu and Kashmir Subordinate Accounts Service, Class-I (Assistant Accounts Officers) as it stood on 01.03.2011, forming Annexure “A” to this order, is hereby issued for circulation among the members of the Service with the following conditions:- 1. The Seniority of Assistant Accounts Officers figuring from Serial No. 01 to 530 shall be final and that of Serial No. 531 to 685 shall be tentative. However, Shri Fayaz Ahmad Sheikh, Shri Ramesh Chander, Shri Parkash Chand and Shri Kuldeep Raj, Incharge Assistant Accounts Officers, who could not be regularized for Administrative reasons shall be incorporated in subsequent Seniority List (s) at appropriate places as and when cleared by the Departmental Promotion Committee; 2. The Date of Births recorded in the seniority list shall be subject to further verification/check of documentary evidence, i.e; Matriculation Certificate and first page of Service Book of the concerned Assistant Accounts Officers; 3. The seniority is issued without prejudice to the outcome of writ petitions, if any, pending in any Court of law; 4. The Objections, if any, shall be submitted by the concerned Assistant Accounts Officers within two months from the date of issue of the Seniority List. No representation shall be considered thereafter.
