ANIMAL LIABILITY ENDORSEMENT For an additional premium, your policy is changed as follows: These limits of liability apply to loss caused by animals owned or kept by you: 1. Section II – Coverage E – Personal Liability $ * 2. Section II – Coverage F – Medical Payments to Others $ ** * Entries may be left blank if shown elsewhere in this policy for this coverage. ** Refer to the limit of liability shown as Section II: F. Medical Payments to Others under “Coverages and Limits of Liability” on your declarations page. SECTION II - EXCLUSIONS Item 9. Animals is replaced by the following: 9. Animals Coverage E – Personal Liability and Coverage F – Medical Payments do not apply to “bodily injury” or “property damage” caused, whether in whole or in part, by: a. any exotic, farm or saddle animals; b. any animal deemed dangerous, vicious, or potentially dangerous under state statute; c. any animal that has been trained to attack persons, property or other animals, d. any animal that has been trained to guard persons or property; or e. any prohibited breed of dog; whether or not the damage occurs on your premises or any other location. Prohibited breeds of dogs include Akitas Inu, Alaskan Malamute, American Bull Dogs, American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bulls Terrier, Beauceron, Boerboel, Bull Mastiff, American Bandogge, Bully Kutta (any other Mastiff breed), Cane Corso, Caucasian Ovcharka (Mountain Dogs), Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher (miniature Dobermans acceptable),Dogo Argentino, English Bull Terrier, Fila Brasileiro (aka Brazilian Mastiff), German Shepherd, Giant Schnauzer, Great Dane, Gull Dong (aka Pakistani Bull Dog), Gull Terrier, Husky or Siberian Husky, Japanese Tosa, Tosa Ken, Korean Jindo, Perrode Presa Canario, “Pit Bill,” Rhodesian Ridgeback, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Thai Ridgeback, Wolf or Wolf Hybrid, and any mixed breed dog containing any of the aforementioned breeds. Exotic, farm or saddle animals include but are not limited to hoofed animals, livestock, reptiles, primates and fowl. This exclusion does not apply to animals trained to assist people with disabilities. All other provisions of your policy apply.
