This Order may be cited as the Defence (Joint Combined Citation Exchange Training and Jungle Warfare Exercises) (Requisition of Lands) (No. 3) Order, 2006. 2. The lands described in the Schedule are requisitioned for Requisition of conducting a joint training exercise between the Trinidad and Tobago lands Schedule Defence Force and the army of the United States of America scheduled for the period 30th August, 2006 to 22nd September, 2006. SCHEDULE (Paragraph 2) Lands Demarcated for a Joint Combined Exchange Training Exercise— On the north by a line commencing from the Chacachacare Lighthouse (061˚ 45' 24" Longitude, 10˚ 41' 30" Latitude) and running in an east north- easterly direction to Corozal Point (061˚ 37' Longitude, 10˚ 44' 42" Latitude) and running in an east south-easterly direction to Morne Jean (061˚ 35' 10" Longitude, 10˚ 43' 45" Latitude); On the east by a line commencing from Morne Jean (061˚ 35' 10" Longitude, 10˚ 43' 45" Latitude) and running in a southerly direction to Nelson Island (061˚ 36' 25" Longitude, 10˚ 39' 30" Latitude); On the south by a line commencing from Nelson Island (061˚ 36' 25" Longitude, 10˚ 39' 30" Latitude) and running in a west north-westerly direction to Diamond Rock (061˚ 46' 24" Longitude, 10˚ 40' Latitude); and On the west by a line commencing from Diamond Rock (061˚ 46' 24" Longitude, 10˚ 40' Latitude) and running in a north-easterly direction to Chacachacare Lighthouse (061˚ 45' 24" Longitude, 10˚ 41' 30" Latitude).
