The grand prize drawing will take place on Thursday, August 26, 2021, and is determined by the PA Lottery Big 4 evening drawing. 12. How do I enter to win the grand prize? a. All ticket purchasers will be entered to win the grand prize of either $10,000 cash -or- two regular-season 2021-2022 tickets to all major and semi-professional sports teams on the provided list. 13. Are there other chances to win additional prizes? a. Junior Achievement is giving away an additional $2,500 in cash prizes over the duration of the raffle. The prizes will be drawn in accordance with the specialty drawings schedule and will be awarded to a randomly selected winner. 14. What is the Specialty Drawing schedule? a. To be considered eligible, tickets must be purchased before 4 PM on the scheduled date. Winners will be drawn at random. i. Ex: If you purchase your ticket after 4 PM on May 26, you will not be eligible for the School’s Out Drawing, but you will be entered to win the additional four drawings and the grand prize drawing. 16. Do I have to buy additional tickets to be considered eligible for each drawing? a. No. Buying additional tickets helps your number of chances of winning but does not affect your eligibility. However, you must have at least one ticket purchased prior to 4 PM on the selected drawing day to be considered eligible to win. 17. How are the winners of the specialty drawings chosen? a. If I am the winner, how will I know if I have won, and how long do I have to respond? a. Junior Achievement will contact prize winners through the phone number and email that was provided at checkout. If JA makes contact and does not receive a response within 5 days, the winner will forfeit their winnings, and a new winner will be randomly selected by JA. 24. If I win, how do I redeem my prize? a. If you're one of the lucky winners of our $500 special giveaways, you will be notified and contacted directly by Junior Achievement. JA will request a valid mailing address in which to send the $500 check. The check will void after 30 days. b. If you’re the lucky winner of the grand prize, you will be notified and contacted directly by Junior Achievement. The grand prize is typically delivered in person if the winner is within a 30-mile proximity to the Junior Achievement office in South Fayette, PA. If the winner is greater than this distance, JA will arrange the appropriate shipping method for the winner’s choice of prize. .
