It was revised in 1992 and 1994. This 1997 revision of The Executive Branch of Kentucky State Government incorporates legislation enacted by the General Assembly through the 1997 First Extraordinary Session and executive orders on reorganization issued by the Governor after the 1994 revision until June 30, 1997. This informational bulletin provides a description of the departments, agencies, boards, and commissions of the executive branch of Kentucky state government, organizational charts, and historical notes.
