Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, as already reported in the media, our beautiful Ahr valley was devastated along its entire length last week by a gigantic flood wave. Many houses are uninhabitable and the infrastructure has been severely damaged. Since many of our employees were affected themselves or actively participated in the rescue and clean-up efforts, we were not operational last week, although fortunately our headquarters were not damaged in any way. In the meantime, we know that all our employees are safe and we were able to resume operations today. We expect only slight delays in our manufacturing operations and due to the destroyed infrastructure we are temporarily only available to a limited extent, but we will do our best to supply you with our products in the usual way and to be there for you.
