The Ginning and Pressing factories which come under MSME and are registered with MSME authorities are exempted from tender fees on production of valid registration certificate. Tenderer should submit the tender as under: 1. Envelope A: Envelope marked as “Technical Bid” which should contain all enclosures and EMD (Annexure-II). 2. Envelope B: Envelope marked as “Financial Bid” which should contain Financial Bid (Annexure-III) 3. Envelope C: It should contain both Envelope-A and Envelope-B. Each envelope should be super scribed as “Ginning & Pressing Tender for Cotton Season 2018-19” and should contain the name and address of the tenderer at the bottom. The Tender form duly completed in all respects addressed to the General Manager, Warangal should reach the Branch Office on or before 1.00 PM on 30.08.18. The Technical Bid of sealed tenders received within the stipulated time, shall be opened on the same day at 3.00 PM in the presence of tenderers who may wish to remain present (.)
