Smart Jr. 1929-2020 Dr. Smart was one of the first members of SON, a Fellow of SON, and EIC of the JON. Buffet Lunch is included in your registration and is served daily (Noon – 1:00 pm) in Gulfview Ballroom II. PRESENTATION INFORMATION Oral Presentations: Please have your presentation loaded on a USB thumb drive in PowerPoint compatible with a Windows PC. All presenters should up load their presentations the morning of their talk so the IT folks and Session Chairs have time to load and check your presentation with the computer system. A laptop will be available for presenters to preview their presentation to ensure its compatibility with the presentation computers. (Location for this is to be determined – please inquire at the registration desk.) Poster Set Up: Gulfview Ballroom I, Tuesday September 14, 2021 at 10 am until noon Poster boards are numbered. Please hang your poster in the assigned location, corresponding with your poster number printed in the program. Clips will be provided on display boards. This room will be open for early viewing from Noon – 6:00pm. Posters must be taken down by 1:00 pm Wednesday. The room will be needed for the final banquet.
