Could be relevant. 1936 directory A Crawford & C J Fry 1936 Bridge Motors (C.J Fry) Motor Engineers. 1938/9 & 1940 George White [MIMT] Like many garages during WWII they produced parts for the war effort. In 1945 it became a Limited Company. Arthur Miller was the landlord in 1940 It seems some renumbering was done, perhaps late 1950s Note number 99 was Sherlock’s house from the passage. 93 Converted from Forge.
