Our ‘Everybody Knows Somebody’ Dementia Appeal aims to raise funds to make dementia friendly improvements to our environment that will enhance the care provided to people with dementia and other cognitive impairments. The Forget-Me-Not Flower Pins are a fantastic way of being able to support this Appeal. We will be asking for a donation for each pin and they will be worn to show support for those affected by Dementia. Please find attached a crochet pattern and a knitting pattern. We would be delighted if you are able to complete the flower with a small safety pin or brooch back, thank you. The completed flowers can be dropped off at the Charity Office which is based near the Main Entrance at Leighton Hospital in Crewe, sent in the post to the address below marked F.A.O Carole Salmon, Community Fundraiser or we can arrange for them to be collected.
