AIRBAHN INC NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE IN PART 119 POSITIONS DOT-OST-2018-0158 and DOT-OST-2018-0159 This notice is served to inform DOT that Airbahn Inc has made three changes in its 14 CFR Part 119 Team. The numbered items below correspond to the exhibits attached hereto. 1. New Director Operations – Mr. Scott Anthony Hall. The resignation of Mr. Stephen Lentz, Director Operations, was tendered to Airbahn on December 4, 2020 for an effective date of December 31, 2020. Mr. Scott Anthony Hall was nominated as his successor. On January 15, 2021 the FAA Certification Project Team (CPT) completed its interview and informed Airbahn that Mr. Scott Hall demonstrated an acceptable level of understanding of Airbahn’s carrier systems, applicable rules, and guidance. Official authorization will be accomplished via issuance of OpSpec A006. The resume of Mr. Hall and his Compliance Statement is attached as Exhibit 1. 2. New Director Safety – Mr. Ross John Mudgway. On December 10, 2020, Mr. Ross John Mudgway was nominated as the Director Safety to replace Mr. Herbert Blake. On January 15, 2021, the FAA Certification Project Team (CPT) completed its interview and informed Airbahn that Mr. Ross Mudgway demonstrated an acceptable level of understanding of Airbahn’s carrier systems, applicable rules, and guidance. Official authorization will be accomplished via issuance of OpSpec A006. The resume of Mr. Mudgway and his Compliance Statement is attached as Exhibit 2. 3. New Chief Pilot – Position Vacant. The resignation of Mr. Thomas W. Knapp, Chief Pilot, was tendered to Airbahn on December 4, 2020 for an effective date of January 4, 2021. Airbahn is in the process of nominating a replacement candidate for Chief Pilot. Upon successful verification of qualifications of the eligible nominee by the FAA, Airbahn shall make a further submission to this file.
