We present three sub-themes as results of research: 1) education based on human resources development and national competitiveness (4 titles), 2) poverty alleviation based on local resources, entrepreneurship, rural and shore area management based on local wisdom (10 titles), and 3) technology development based on environmental insight, health, nutrition, tropical diseases, and medicine (6 titles). The research employed a quantitative approach by means of survey method. The research was carried out at vocational high schools (VHSs) in Magelang City because they have special mission to prepare the students to get into the labor market after finishing their study and there were 19 VHSs involved in the research. The sampling technique that the researcher used was proportional random sampling and the data was collected through questionnaires. The data were analyzed by means of path analysis.
