The aim of the conference is to transfer knowledge and experience from the field of economics and management of the wood-processing industry in the spirit of the conference title: More Wood, Better Management, Increasing Effectiveness: Starting Points and Perspective. The conference proceedings fully support the above mentioned aim. Moreover, it includes 35 quality articles containing the results of the applications of the newest methods and approaches with an international dimension.
