And all other terms defined in the MSA or its Schedules have the same meaning when used in this Policy. 1.3 Monies Available for Allocation This Policy specifies that the following funds are available: Revenue Source 2020-21 Consolidated Fund Part II (CFP II) – Future Fund $ 8,000,000.00 TOTAL: $ 8,000,000.00 1.4 Allocation The monies specified in Section 1.3 above are allocated to the Metis Settlements General Council to be distributed as follows: Distribution of Allocation 2020-21 Settlement Governance/Administrations $ 8,000,000.00 TOTAL: $ 8,000,000.00 1.5 Status of Policy This Policy does not rescind or repeal any General Council Policy in whole or in part.
