The locality planning group is an on-going process of engagement with children, young people and their families. Membership is open to all organisations who provide services in the area and the group is particularly keen to hear from children, young people and families themselves. We recognise that by working together we can all achieve better outcomes for our children and young people. This booklet was put together with the aim of providing contact details for a number of services who provide support to those affected by disability / additional needs in the Ballymena area.
