The Secretary, Joint Secretary, Assistant Secretary, and Treasurer are eligible for re-election.The Secretaries and the Treasurer shall be persons from the headquarters of the Soci- ety. All the Past-Presidents will be Members (Ex-officio) of the Council so long as they continue to be the members of the Society. Each nomination shall be duly proposed by a member and seconded by another, each with voting right and shall contain consent of the nominee, failing which the nomination shall be rejected. The member- ship number, which is included in the voter list, should be indicated in the case of nominee, proposer and seconder. Only Honorary Members, Life Members and Members, whose names appear in the voter list are eligible to send nominations, vote and hold the elective offices in the Council.
