W I T N E S S E T H: WHEREAS, Landlord and Tenant entered into a Lease, effective as of October 30, 2013 (as amended by a First Amendment to Lease and a Second Amendment to Lease, the "Initial Lease"), whereby Landlord leased to Tenant the premises described therein (such premises, the "Initial Lease Premises"); WHEREAS, the Initial Lease provides that Landlord shall, at Tenant's request and subject to the certain terms and conditions set forth in Article 63 of the Initial Lease, enter into a maximum of two (2) severance leases for portions of the Initial Lease
