We have also advised several major farmland transactions on the market - on the side of the buyer or the seller. Furthermore, we've been involved in the establishment and start- up management of significant agricultural projects: JD Agro Cocora Managing the purchase, consolidation, measurement and registration of 5,700 ha of farmland located in Cocora, Ialomita county, the building of a green-field farm with 35.000 tons of silo capacity, the initial start up management, and subsequent management of the farm - Jantzen Development is the main shareholder in the project. www.romaniafarminvest.dk Agri Invest The purchase and consolidation of 2,700 ha of farmland located near Videle, Teleorman county for a group of Scandinavian investors. Agri Invest operate the land themselves. www.agriinvest.eu Black Sea project The purchase, consolidation, measurement and registration of 4,250 ha of farmland located in Amzacea and Chirnogeni located south of Constanta, in Constanta county - part of the land was sold. Jantzen Development still owns 3,300 ha leased to two professional farmers in the area. Bengt Agro The purchase, consolidation, measurement and registration 1,000 ha of farmland near Alexandria in Teleorman county on behalf of a foreign investor - the land is leased to local farmers and is under Jantzen Development's management.
