It would also provide BPA with credits for partial mitigation of wildlife habitat losses due to construction of the federal Palisades Dam on the South Fork of the Snake River and Minadoka Dam on the main stem Snake River. Land to get management plan The land is expected to be acquired in fall 2008. It would be owned and managed by the Shoshone- Bannock Tribes. The Shoshone-Bannock Tribes would develop a management plan to guide the protection and enhancement of resources on the land. The public will be given the opportunity to review and provide comments on the management plan as it is being developed.
