At that point, the highly charged crowd knew the 2Cellos were only moments away from taking the stage. !e Fox !eatre erupted into thunderous applause as Luka and Stjepan rushed on stage to greet their fans. From that point on, the Fox !eatre was rocking as the 2Cellos opened with their version of “Welcome to the Jungle” playing a total of thirteen songs followed by two encores. John Mahon, longtime drummer for Elton John, accompanied the 2Cel- los. !e second encore included a heartfelt and impromptu version of “Majko Stara” that had the crowd on their feet singing with the 2Cellos. !e concert closed with a beauti- ful rendition of “Fields of Gold” by Sting with the applause continuing long after the 2Cellos had left the stage. CSF President Marijana Pavic was very pleased comment- ing how wonderful it was to see so many people together celebrating and enjoying the evening for such a good cause. Each member of CSF worked selflessly over the past months bringing their individual talents, skills and passion to make this wonderful concert happen. Finally a special thanks to all of the volunteers (nearly 50) as she modestly said she is proud to be part of such a team.
